Keyword Research Is Dead. Intent Research Isn't.
Volume-first keyword lists build traffic that never buys. Here's the intent-first method I use to find keywords that convert.

Start from the offer, not the tool
List what you sell and who buys it. Every keyword must connect to a page that connects to revenue within two clicks.
Read the SERP like a brief
The top 10 results tell you the intent Google believes in: format, depth, freshness, media. Match the intent, then beat the quality — never fight the intent.
The money is in modifiers
'Best', 'near me', 'price', 'vs', your city name — commercial modifiers have lower volume and dramatically higher conversion. Map them first.
One page, one intent
Two pages chasing the same intent cannibalise each other. Consolidate ruthlessly; you'll often gain rankings by deleting pages.
