The 90-Day SEO Roadmap I Give Every New Client
Forget 200-item checklists. Here's the exact prioritised sequence — technical foundations, quick-win pages, then authority — that actually moves revenue.

Why most SEO plans fail
They're lists, not strategies. A 200-row audit spreadsheet with no priority order guarantees your team fixes the easy things first — and the important things never.
Days 1–30: Fix what's blocking you
Crawl budget leaks, indexation bloat, broken internal links, missing schema on money pages, and Core Web Vitals failures on mobile templates. Nothing new gets built until Google can cleanly crawl what exists.
Days 31–60: Harvest demand you almost own
Pages ranking 5–15 for buyer-intent keywords are your cheapest growth. Refresh titles around intent, add the missing sections competitors have, fix internal linking so authority flows to them.
Days 61–90: Build authority where it counts
One topical cluster, done properly, beats ten scattered blog posts. Map the cluster, write briefs from SERP analysis, publish in sequence, interlink deliberately.
The rule underneath it all
Every task gets an impact score and an effort score. If it can't plausibly move rankings, traffic or conversions, it doesn't make the roadmap. That's the whole system.
